The Florida man who was shot dead after he attacked and chewed the face off a homeless man in Miami, Florida last month, had only marijuana in his system according to a toxicology report.

The Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner tested for street drugs, alcohol, prescription drugs and adulterants.

It was initially reported that the attacker, 31-year-old Rudy Eugene, was high on a drug known as bath salts which speeds up the nervous system and can cause violent behavior.
